Digital & E-Commerce Manager

Was auf Sie zukommt:

  • Erarbeitung, Planung und Steuerung der lokalen Marketingstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Marketing
  • Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung der Marketingaktivitäten bei unseren stationären Handelspartnern (z.B. Douglas, Müller etc.) sowie bei den Online Pure Players (Flaconi, Zalando etc.)
  • Mediaplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Mediaagentur sowie Umsetzung von Influencer Kooperationen und Social Media Kampagnen
  • Verantwortung für das Marketing Budget der zu verantwortenden Marken sowie deren Steuerung und Optimierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen, Dienstleistern, Kunden sowie internen Abteilungen (Brand Management, PR, Sales Administration, Order Management, Procurement)

Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Consumer-Marketing, idealerweise in einem Beauty- oder FMCG-Unternehmen
  • Online-Marketing und E-Commerce-Erfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Gespür für Design und neue Trends

Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Auftragsmanagement

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du erfasst, überprüfst und koordinierst Kundenbestellungen (DACH) anhand verfügbarer Lagerbestände
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen und Gutschriften
  • Du erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Kommissionsabrechnungen
  • Du übernimmst die Neukundenanlage und die Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
  • Du korrespondierst mit Kunden und unserem Außendienst
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Lager sowie den Abteilungen Vertriebsinnendienst, Procurement und Marketing zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung; oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – dein Know-how ist die Basis
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Auftragssachbearbeitung oder im Customer Care mit und weißt auf was es ankommt
  • Deine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sorgt für reibungslose Abläufe im Team
  • Du denkst über deine Aufgaben hinaus, bringst aktiv neue Ideen ein und gestaltest Prozesse mit

Work-life balance: Flexible working with a 38.5-hour week, with a mix of office and home office days, enables a good work-life balance. In order to be able to switch off regularly from the varied tasks in our dynamic industry, our permanent employees have 30 days’ vacation.

Performance-related remuneration: In addition to a permanent employment contract, we naturally also offer all our employees performance-related remuneration, which is supplemented annually by additional vacation pay and a Christmas bonus.
